D and D Fabrications was founded in 1996 by myself ( Lee Davies and David Dawber.) which is where D and D comes from.
We started of mainly as a wrought iron company making gate,railing ect to local councils , housing associations and the local public..
Starting off in Dave`s garage but within 18 mouth we needed bigger and better premises so we bite the bullet and bought our first unit in 1998 ,which we still trade from today.
By 1999 we started making skips mainly 2 and 4 yard skip , which is now our main focus and the wrought iron side closed in 2005.
We now specialise in 2,3,4 and 6 yard skips ,but we also make snowplough attachments for forklift trucks and loader buckets ( mainly though the winter mouths 
We`ve also started building skip loaders for 3.5t truck .
